The experience was fantastic. Andy, the owner, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The roofers started and finished the days they said they would. The workers were punctual. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they left. I would recommend them to others.

ANR was the first estimate I got. He told me that the old roof couldn't be repaired and gave me an estimate for the new roof. He showed me the company's licenses and insurance certificates, told me about the crew that would do the work, assured me that he knew all the workers (they weren't just guys the company picked up outside a home improvement store), and answered any questions I had about the process. I got two other estimates on the job. One was higher than ANR's and the other guy said he could repair it, but that seemed unlikely to me.

The crew came out early the morning they said they would, and in the first day they had removed the entire roof and almost completed putting on the new one! The second day there was some confusion about supplies, so no work was done, but the third day they came in the morning and were done within a few hours.

The roof looks fantastic, the workers were incredibly fast, polite and thorough. They cleaned up very well when they were finished (there were a few pieces of debris in the trees, but they were in spots that were hard to reach and hard to see, so they might not have even known they were there). Andy came out to check the work and make sure I was satisfied. Overall, a GREAT experience. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for roofers.

We had ANR take off the existing wood shake roof and replace with Presidential composite shingles. They also replaced 3 skylights.

The owner, Andy Chavez, took care of getting the permit from the city and set up the appointments for them to sign off on the job. Manuel's crew arrived every day by 9am. They had the original roof off and cleaned up the first day. They had the new roof and skylights on in 3 days. They were very efficient and cleaned up every day. They did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

ANR Removed a 50 year old roof and put down plywood and new shingles. Also, installed flashings on existing skylights.

Andy responded immediately to my call. He gave a very fair price to replace a 50 year old roof. They started the work 2 days after we agreed to the job and completed the roof in 4 days. Andy is amazing and the crew was on time and very professional. Every night our yard and roof where cleaned up. We had rain right after the roof was installed and there were no leaks. Everyone is commenting on our beautiful roof. We've already hired ANR for another skylight project to start in January. Wonderful!

ANR repaired wind damage where asphalt shingles had been peeled back and add gutters and downspouts.

This was a small job, but because of the off and on rainy weather, they worked me in the very next day following acceptance of the bid. Work was done beautifully with no damage to plantings surrounding the work area. I could not be more pleased.
